Bishop Photography specializes in Senior Portrait photography. Our business is in a northeastern suburb of Cleveland, Ohio.

Jay C. Bishop of Concord, Ohio is a professional photographer and videographer for senior portraits, weddings, christenings and alumni gatherings. He has been in the business for over four years. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University and a Masters of Education from John Carroll University.

During the day his profession is a high school technology teacher. Some of the classes he teaches is film photography as well TV/video production. He has been working in this field for over 13 years. This profession has allowed him to work with students on a regular basis.

Many of his students upon graduation have pursued careers in the subject area he taught them in, such as photography, architecture and engineering. He has a strong rapport with current students and alumni. Jay or "Mr. Bishop" as his students call him, is an individual who is trustworthy, patient and attentive. He is always staying current on the latest trends as they relate to high school students, music, photography, computers, and technology. It is what drives him. He has an extensive interest in such subject matter and yearns to constantly learn more.

In many ways, this is what helps him relate to his clients, especially in the the senior photography category. Since he works with high school students on a daily basis he has a strong understanding of what students are looking for in their ideal senior portrait. He makes every effort to capture the student's personality and interests in each photograph he takes. If a students is interested in sports, art, band, instrumentals, or cooking (just to name a few) he strives to incorporate those hobbies into the photographs. He is more than willing to be flexible about location as well. Jay is willing to travel to various locations for photo shoots. Photographs can be done indoors and outdoors. Some locations shoots have been at various parks and homes in Northeast Ohio.

His main goal is to capture the essense of the "model" in his or her best light!
